Saunders Consulting Service, Inc. was founded on October 4th, 1999 by Steve W. Saunders of Rogers, Arkansas.
Saunders Consulting Service, Inc. offers services in Quality Management and Quality System development for ISO 9001, AS 9100, IATF 16949, ISO / IEC 17025, ISO 22000 implementation, gap analysis, auditing, technical writing and training.
In an effort to assure that services are above expectations, maintaining a close relationship with our clientele is a main objective. All services provided, both on-site and off, are necessary to get the job done accurately and effectively.
Steve Saunders - Owner
Mr. Saunders holds a Certified Quality Management Lead Auditor certificate (Q07486), Probitas AS 9100 Aerospace Auditor certificate (1619031681) and Exemplar Global Trainer certificate (7486). Steve has a diverse background in the following manufacturing and industrial environments, including service providers:
Aerospace, Pharmaceutical, Plastics, Oil and Gas, and Food Safety / Services
Steve has been involved with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO / IEC 17025, ISO 22000 and / or AS 9100 implementation, training and certification for many companies. He has a broad knowledge base gained from hands on training and field experience ranging from cGMP's in the Pharmaceutical industry, to API specifications in the Oil and Gas industry, as well as the European prEN 9000-1 and AS 9100 Aerospace Standards.
Further Qualifications
- Steve has completed the Certified Quality Manager training course (CQM).
- Mr. Saunders has taken more than 60 companies through various QMS certifications and/or accreditations.
- Steve achieved Level 2 certification in accordance with ASNT SNT-TC-1AQ for non-destructive testing methods using magnetic particle and liquid penetrants.
Steve has a BSBA in Aviation Management, an AAS in Quality Control, is a long-time member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ), and currently assists in registrar-conducted audits. Steve is actively involved with and leads Quality Management System training programs, and has lead implementations of many types of ISO 9001 programs resulting in certification. He continues to improve verified training techniques and strives to be an industry leader in Quality Management and Quality System development.
John Mauldin- Auditor & Trainer
John has OEM and Tier 1 supplier experience in the aerospace, automotive, and oil and gas industries. During his career he has worked with technology and quality in various engineering roles and a Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager. He is a licensed Professional Engineer who holds a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt certificate, a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, and a Master's in Engineering Management.
Michael A. Conti - Auditor & Trainer
Michael has been involved with ISO 9001, ISO / IEC 17025, AS 9100 implementation and certification for over 35 companies incuding hands on training and field experience with the Boeing Company for internal audits and DCMA managing all elements of ISO and AS certification. Michael holds an USAF Airframe and Power Plant license (cert #3168537), FCC license (Cert # 0013340328) and Probitas CQA (Cert # Q23685) IPC-610 (Cert # 149787). Mr Conti's DCMA skills include Level 2 certifications in QA Systems, Electronics, Mechanical and Aircraft systems.
