Mr. Saunders demonstrates his experience documenting various types of flowcharts, processes, procedures, and planning activities through assisting many organizations with the quality system development and implementation process. He will conduct interviews with your personnel to determine and document accurate, consistent and proven practices. The meticulous work of writing a Quality Manual and work instructions can be done both on site at your location and off site, as you prefer.

All documents produced are relevant to your company manufacturing, service, and/or corporate environment, and are compliant to both the ISO 9001 family of requirements and any additional government, regulatory, or industry specifications. Mr. Saunders will also assist in the development and integration of new forms and/or databases needed for incorporation into your quality system.
